What is a typical working day for me?
We set the alarm at 5am in the morning, our clock is 45minutes advance, so we have enough allowance!
After taking a bath and eating our breakfast, we'll walk towards Train Station which is 5minutes run or 10minutes walk from house. Husband will proceed to Bus Station, which he has to walk 10minutes more.
6:40am the train will arrive and by 7:00am we'll reach the station near to our office. Feeder Bus (Free) passing by our office is waiting there to pick up passengers.
By 7:05-7:15am I will be in our office!

@ Continuing if there are some pending works from last working day, but usually I won't leave the office, unless everything else is done. Accounting transactions are almost the same day to day, all you need is to be systematic so as to generate reports anytime and if urgent financial reports are required. Then, on month end, additional reports will be prepared.
I am so thankful, I have my best assistant in town! Kuya Anton, very supportive, hard working, sobrang efficient and bilis magtrabaho!
If there are some urgent reports, he will not leave me, he'll be there to support me!
@ Discussion with my Big Boss (General Manager)
Since I am the one handling the finance, time to time, I will be called inside his office, for discussion regarding the finance, before I am not comfortable with him, I am always nervous everytime he will greet me and I will ask signature for the checks. But everytime my Lady Boss will go for her vacation, I am taking over her position and will be the one reporting directly to our GM. That's when I got used to talking to him, I start to talk with him confidently, and I thanked him for the trust and support he is giving me, up to this time that I am the one handling the finance already.
He never treated me differently, but considered me as a young professional, believe in my knowledge and teach me how to be confident in my position.
@Talking to all departments with regards to finance. Purchaser, Engineer, PRO, Petty Cash Custodian, Staff, Laborers, Suppliers, Clients, bankers.
There were times, reports are overloaded, that I do not have time anymore to eat, to go to toilet, to check the mirror, to read mails, and even to breath! (exxag!).
There were times I need to stay back to the office just to finish some reports, finish preparation of checks, complete audit requirements.
But, of course there were times, that there's not much things to do, that my working time becomes a chatting time, becomes blogging time, becomes multiply, friendster and facebook time. I am doing this only if I know I do not have any urgent things to do. Am not guilty of it! In fact am a multi-task person, I can do my official works while browsing the net! aba, talent un! hehehe.
